Clean and Consistent

To achieve the exacting standards and specifications demanded by customers in the medical, scientific and pharmaceutical industries, Cleanform is registered to ISO9002 standards and has two permanent Class 10,000 clean rooms. This enables us to produce sterile, aseptic or ultra-clean products, which are optically clear and packed ready for use by the end customer.

All staff are trained in clean room protocol and wear clean-room coverall body suits suitable for up to class 10 use, this enables Cleanform to easily maintain cleanliness levels. Also having the benefit of two fixed wall clean rooms with anti-rooms, standards can be easily upgraded by the addition of increased air filtration should a customer require this.

Cleanform has in-house microbiological testing facilities, which are used to test the cleanliness of both our clean rooms, as well as providing a testing service for other local businesses.

The laundry and repair of all cleanroom and factory garments is carried out by independent suppliers and is auditable in line with our ISO9002 registration.
