    Clean Environment - clean products

    Cleanform has two class 10,000 clean rooms, which enable us to produce: clean, sterile, aseptic and dust-free products and components. With our auditable cleaning régime and microbiological testing we ensure that the products we produce are hygienic and uncontaminated. If required we can also set the environment up to be antistatic

We have the skills and capability to assist you from a product idea or concept through the prototype and development stages to full scale injection moulding, processing, assembly and packaging.     Clean, Products, Devices and Components

    Currently Cleanform produce clean, clear plastic products, devices and components, most are optically clear for visual use and all are ultra clean. Cleanform has the skills and capability to process polymers and plastics including: Polystyrene, ABS, Nylons (filled and unfilled) Polyesters, PET, PBT, PVC.

    Markets

    Cleanform currently supply the Medical, Scientific, Pharmaceutical and Food industries; and are hoping to diversify into the Precision Instruments and Electronic markets.

    Cleanform is registered to ISO9002 and is a member of the EEF. Our Technical staff are all trained by the Polymer National Training Organisation. Where possible we utilize the latest technology and management techniques to provide our customers with cost efficient service.
